TERMS OF DELIVERY AND RECEIPT

Deliveries are made in metropolitan France and in the following countries: Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Scotland, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, within the time limits indicated when the Customer places the order.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. The Customer therefore undertakes to receive the products at the address indicated on the order form. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information entered before validating the order.
The Customer is responsible for the name and address information of the recipient. This information must be precise, accurate and complete (including door code and floor) to allow for delivery under normal conditions.
Delight Land will not be able to in no case to be held responsible for a return of delivery due to an error of address or with an impossibility of delivering to the address indicated.
In the case where a delivery address would be incomplete or imprecise, Délice Land reserves the right to contact the recipient directly by telephone or e-mail, in order to complete with him the missing information of delivery insofar the telephone number or the e-mail would not be erroneous and the recipient available.
Orders indicating a P.O. Box address cannot be considered and processed.
In case of absence of the recipient or of a person who can take possession of the products during the delivery, and insofar as he will have access to the mailbox of the recipient, the carrier will deposit a notice of passage inviting the recipient to come to withdraw his product in a post office indicated or a Mondial Relay point. In no case, Délice Land could not be held responsible for a possible deterioration of the products because of their late withdrawal near the conveyor.
Exceeding the delivery time cannot give rise to damages.
Finally, if the product, under the responsibility of the carrier, has not been delivered, for any other cause related to customs, strikes or damage or any other cause of force majeure as defined by the courts, the sale may then be resolved and the Customer may obtain restitution of its price to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.

INDICATIVE DELIVERY TIMES:

The delivery time takes into account the preparation time in our workshops and the carrier’s delivery time. Orders are received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), so orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday or Tuesday depending on available stock.
Working days of our workshops: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Working days for carriers: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

The amount of the delivery costs is variable according to the delivery address given. The delivery costs are automatically calculated and indicated at the time of the finalization of the order.

RETRACTION
If the customer wishes to retract the products for any reason, it is possible for him to return it within 14 days from the delivery of the goods, and at his expense. Delight Land will carry out all useful checks and will solicit if need be the customer to ask him for any information, or useful photographs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of the following Products:
1. goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized: this concerns all orders of assembled parts, boxes turkish delight, boxes turkish delight personalized.
2. fresh and perishable products such as baklava, chocolates, turkish delight
3. goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

For other Products, in accordance with the regulations in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.

In the event of exercise of the right of retractation, the company Délice Land will carry out the refunding, only the price of the Products bought, within 14 days following the notification of request of the Customer and via the same means of payment as that used at the time of the order; the expenses of return remaining with the load of the Customer.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 21 days of your order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :

The supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after prior express consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the trader and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
The supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles.
