Each product is presented with a photograph and a description established by Délice Land. The descriptions are intended forThe purpose of this website is to inform you as fully as possible about the essential characteristics of the products, without being exhaustive.
In this respect, Délice Land indicates to the Customer :

– Quantity,
– Their price,
– The means of payment accepted by Délice Land,
– Possible delivery restrictions
– The information required by the legislation in force according to the nature of the Products (pre-packaged or non-pre-packaged Products), thus allowing the Customer to know the essential characteristics of the Products. Délice Land indicates the use-by date on the packaging of the Products or on a leaflet given with the Product.
The photographs of the Products are not contractual and are intended to illustrate the products as an indication.

The Food Products sold on the Website contain certain allergens specified for each Product under the heading “Allergens”. The nutritional information of the prepackaged Food Products is also present on the Product sheets under the heading “Nutritional Information”.

4 – Prices
The Products are supplied at the prices in force on the Website at the time the Customer places the order. The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

In case of order towards a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. You declare that you are fully aware of this.
The confirmation of the order will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

7 – Payment
The payment of the products is done by bank card VISA, MASTERCARD, or by card AMERICAN EXPRESS, on line since the Site, by the system of protected payment of the banking establishment of Délice Land. The validation of the payment by credit card is immediate.
Délice Land certifies that the coordinates of payment cards are encrypted thanks to the protocol SSL (Secure Soket Layer), and never pass in clear on the network. Payment is made directly to the bank.
To be registered, the order must be paid in full. Unpaid orders cannot be processed.
Moreover, the company Délice Land is authorized to suspend any order or any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment on behalf of the financial organizations.
8 – Withdrawal
If the customer wishes to withdraw the products for any reason, he/she can return them within 14 days from the delivery of the goods, and at his/her own expense.
Delight Land will carry out all useful checks and will solicit if need be the customer to ask him for any information, or useful photographs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of the following Products:
1. goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized: this concerns all orders of assembled parts, boxes turkish delight, boxes turkish delight personalized.
2. fresh and perishable products such as baklava, chocolates, turkish delight
3. goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
For other Products, in accordance with the regulations in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.
In the event of exercise of the right of retractation, the company Délice Land will carry out the refunding, only the price of the Products bought, within 14 days following the notification of request of the Customer and via the same means of payment as that used at the time of the order; the expenses of return remaining with the load of the Customer.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 21 days of your order.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :
The supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after prior express consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

9- Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site https://deliceland.com/ and within the limits of available stocks. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
In addition, the website https://deliceland.com/ is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently the company Délice Land reserves the right to refuse the orders of identical articles.
10 – Delivery
The Products can only be shipped after the transaction has been validated by the payment company.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In case of delay in shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that was indicated to you.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in case of delay in delivery, you have the possibility of cancelling the order under the conditions and procedures defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product we will proceed to its reimbursement and the shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of deliveries by a conveyor, the company Délice Land cannot be held for person in charge for delay of delivery due exclusively to an unavailability of the customer after several proposals of appointment.
Delivery times
The delivery time takes into account the preparation time in our workshops and the carrier’s delivery time. Orders are received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), so orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday or Tuesday depending on available stock.
Working days of our workshops: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

11 – Transfer of ownership and transfer of risks

Lastly the responsibility for the company Délice Land could not be committed for all the disadvantages or damage inherent in the use of Internet network, in particular a rupture of service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer virus.
14 – Applicable law in case of disputes
The language of this contract is French. The present conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
